Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel any active subscription at any time from the Stripe Customer Portal.


What happens when you cancel

  • Your access stays active until the end of the current billing period -- the period you have already paid for.
  • After that date, the module becomes inactive on your dashboard and is no longer billed.
  • You can re-subscribe to the same module at any time. Your data inside the module is governed by the module's own retention policy.

On the Settings -- Payments page, the line that normally says "Next billing: (date)" changes to "Expires: (date)" once you have cancelled, so you can clearly see how long you still have access.


How to cancel

You do not need to contact support to cancel. Cancellation is fully self-serve through the Stripe Customer Portal:

  1. Click Manage Billing on your dashboard or in Settings -- Payments.
  2. You will be redirected to the Stripe Customer Portal.
  3. Find the subscription you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  4. Confirm your cancellation.
