Support Button

Click the Support -- Get technical support and report issues button (the middle of the three shortcuts on the dashboard) to open the Support Center.


Support Center overview

The Support Center is a full ticketing system that opens in a large dialog covering most of the screen. It has three views:

View Title Purpose
List view Support Center Shows all your existing tickets, most recent first
New Ticket view New Support Ticket Form to create a new ticket
Chat view Your ticket subject Threaded chat with the support team about a specific ticket

Navigation

You navigate between views with the buttons in the header:

  • + button (top right, only on the list view) -- opens the New Ticket form
  • Back arrow (top left, on New Ticket and Chat views) -- returns to the list
  • X (top right, all views) -- closes the dialog entirely
