Support Button
Click the Support -- Get technical support and report issues button (the middle of the three shortcuts on the dashboard) to open the Support Center.
Support Center overview
The Support Center is a full ticketing system that opens in a large dialog covering most of the screen. It has three views:
| View | Title | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| List view | Support Center | Shows all your existing tickets, most recent first |
| New Ticket view | New Support Ticket | Form to create a new ticket |
| Chat view | Your ticket subject | Threaded chat with the support team about a specific ticket |
Navigation
You navigate between views with the buttons in the header:
- + button (top right, only on the list view) -- opens the New Ticket form
- Back arrow (top left, on New Ticket and Chat views) -- returns to the list
- X (top right, all views) -- closes the dialog entirely
