Profile Settings

The Profile tab is the default view when you open Settings. It lets you update the same five fields you completed when you first signed up, plus shows you your unique Profile Number.

How to open Settings

There are two ways to reach Settings:

  1. From the dashboard: Click your email address in the top-right corner of the dashboard, then select Settings from the dropdown.
  2. Direct URL: Navigate to /settings. You must be signed in -- if your session is not active, you will be redirected to the sign-in page.

What you see

At the top of the form is a read-only field labelled Profile Number -- a unique identifier the system assigned to your account. This field cannot be edited (a tooltip on hover confirms: "Profile number cannot be changed"). Use it when contacting support or referencing your account.

Below the Profile Number, the form contains five editable fields, all pre-filled with your current values:

Field Type Notes
Full Name Free text
Phone Number Phone number text input Free text, no format enforcement on this page
Country Dropdown -- 196 options Same list used at sign-up; "Select a country" is the empty option
Title Dropdown -- 18 options Same list used at sign-up; "Select a title" is the empty option
Therapeutic Field Dropdown -- 53 options Same list used at sign-up; "Select a therapeutic field" is the empty option

Saving changes

After editing any field, click Save Changes at the bottom of the form. While saving, the button changes to "Saving...". Two possible outcomes:

  • Success: A confirmation banner appears: "Profile updated successfully!"
  • Failure: An error banner appears with the specific error message. Try again, or contact support if the issue persists.

Unlike the initial sign-up dialog, the Settings page does not require all fields to be filled in before saving. You can leave fields blank -- but for the best experience, fill them all in.
