Signing In

To sign in, go to the sign-in page (titled "Welcome back -- Sign in to continue to E-PICOS") and enter the email and password you used to register.

Behaviour you should expect

  • First-time visitors who try to open a protected page (such as the dashboard) are automatically sent here.
  • Already-signed-in users who land on this page are sent straight to the dashboard.
  • Users redirected from a module subdomain see a slightly different subtitle: "Sign in to continue to the requested page". After signing in, they are sent back to the original destination automatically.
  • After email confirmation, a confirmation banner appears: "Email confirmed successfully! You can now sign in."

What happens after a successful sign-in

  1. Your session is stored as a cookie on the .epicosai.com domain so that all e-picos module subdomains (Designer, Calculator, Power, etc.) recognise you automatically without a second sign-in.
  2. You are redirected to your dashboard (or to the page you were originally trying to open).
  3. If your profile is incomplete, the Complete Your Profile dialog will appear.

Troubleshooting

If sign-in fails, an error message appears above the form (for example: "Invalid login credentials"). Common causes:

  • The email has not yet been confirmed.
  • The password is wrong -- use Forgot your password? to reset it.
  • The email is not registered -- click Create one to sign up first.
