Forgot Your Password?
If you cannot remember your password, click the Forgot your password? link under the sign-in form.
How the reset flow works
- The sign-in form is replaced by a smaller form asking only for your email address.
- Enter the email you used to register and click Reset Password.
- A confirmation screen appears with a mail icon and the message: "Check your email -- We've sent you a password reset link. Please check your email to continue."
- Click Return to Sign In to go back to the sign-in form.
- Open the email from e-picos and click the reset link inside it.
Setting your new password
The reset link takes you to a page titled "Reset Password -- Enter your new password below" with two fields:

| New Password | At least 12 characters, with at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character (e.g. !@#$%^&*(),.?":{} |
| Confirm Password | Must match the new password exactly |
The same password strength rules apply on both the sign-up form and the password reset page, so your new password must meet the full criteria above.
Click Update Password. On success you see:
"Password Updated -- Your password has been successfully updated. Redirecting to sign in..."
After two seconds you are automatically redirected to your dashboard, already signed in with the new password.
Possible errors
| Message | Cause |
|---|---|
| "Passwords do not match" | The two password fields contain different values |
| "Password must be at least 12 characters long" | The new password is shorter than 12 characters |
| "Password must contain at least one uppercase letter" | No A-Z letter in the password |
| "Password must contain at least one number" | No digit in the password |
| "Password must contain at least one special character" | No special character in the password |
| Any other server error | Will be shown verbatim above the form -- try again or contact support |
