Forgot Your Password?

Select Forgot your password? beneath the sign-in form, enter the email address for your account, and select Reset Password. E-PICOS sends a password-reset link to that address.

Open the link to reach the Reset Password page. Enter and confirm a new password, then select Update Password.

New Password	At least 6 characters
Confirm Password	Must exactly match the new password

On success, the page confirms that the password was updated and returns you to the dashboard after a short delay. If the two values differ, it displays Passwords do not match; if the password is too short, it displays Password must be at least 6 characters.

The reset page currently uses a six-character minimum. New account creation has a stricter 12-character complexity rule.
