Promo Codes

An E-PICOS promo code grants a time-limited All Access period. A valid code unlocks all seven research modules; it does not grant separate modules or different access durations by module.

Redeem from the dashboard

Eligible users see Have an All Access promo code? on the dashboard.

  1. Enter or paste the code. It is converted to uppercase automatically and can be up to 50 characters.
  2. Select Redeem Code.
  3. On success, the panel confirms that All Access is active and shows the date through which all seven modules are unlocked.

An account can redeem one promo code. After a successful redemption, the promo input is hidden for that account. Failed attempts do not consume eligibility.

Promo landing pages

A campaign may have a page at /promo/CODE. When available, it shows:

  • the promotional All Access duration
  • the campaign redemption end date
  • that all seven modules are included
  • a button that takes you to account creation or the dashboard with the code pre-filled

If the campaign cannot be redeemed, its page shows a general availability message and disables the claim button. If the code is unknown or unpublished, the page displays Promo Code Not Found.

After redemption

Your All Access period begins when redemption succeeds. Once it ends, module access locks unless you start a paid All Access subscription. Promo access is distinct from Stripe billing and cannot be edited in the Stripe Customer Portal.
